Frequently Asked Questions

1.  What is Ramos Design Group?

Established in 1992, Ramos Design Group is a visualization and Design company founded by Bob Ramos in Las Vegas, NV. RDG specializes in transforming ambitious ideas into photorealistic renderings, animated videos, and detailed 3D models.

2.  What types of services do you offer?

We offer three main services:

- Render : A Quick, ultra-photorealistic still image.

- Reel : A Dynamic 8-second animated video created from a rendering.

- Replica : A Highly detailed 3D digital model.

3.  How long does a project take to complete?

The timeline varies depending on the specific service and project complexity. Our "Render" and “Reel” service is designed for speed, standard delivery is 24 hours, expedited service can be provided for a small fee. the "Replica" service is a very labor intensive process determined by the level of detail involved. the consultation will determine a specific timeline.

4.  What is the process for starting a project?

The process begins with filling out an initial contact form here that includes a brief description of the desired object and scene to start the project. We then provide a contract along with a watermarked rough draft which serves as the basis for your first consultation should you decide to proceed. during the initial consultation, a scope of work will be established, an estimated timeline for completion, and the amount for the retainer determined. After all revisions and final payments are made, we deliver the high-resolution final product with the watermark removed.

5.  Can I request revisions on my project?

Yes. after you initiate the process by supplying all the project information in the contact form, we will provide a watermarked rough draft which serves as the basis for your first consultation and any revision requests. If additional consultations / revisions are desired, they are available for a small fee.

6.  How much do your services cost?

final pricing is determined during the consultation:

- Render: Starting with a $400 retainer per subject. The fee includes variations of the same subject (e.g., day/night scenes, different seasons) at no additional cost. A new subject requires a new $400 charge.- Reel: Starting with a $200 retainer per 8-second video (plus the cost of a base rendering if you don't provide one).

- Replica: Starting with a $3000 retainer per model.

- Revisions/Additions: Additional consultations are $20, and additional renders/reels are $200 each.

7.  What is the "Reel" service and how does it work?

The "Reel" service transforms your existing rendering into a dynamic 8-second animated video. You can either use a Rendering created by RDG as the base image or provide your own high-quality rendering. The final quality of the video is dependent on the quality of the initial image you provide.

8.  What is a "Replica"?

A "Replica" is a highly detailed 3D digital model of your project, utilizing advanced software like maya, 3ds max, revit, unreal engine, and even zbrush if needed. This highly detailed digital 3d-model is created with the exact dimensions and specifications required to bring your project to life. This file is the perfect foundation for creating stunning visuals, animations, or even tangible, 3D-printed physical models, and more. we can provide these additional products for a fee, the only limitation is your imagination and budget!
