RDG Website Terms of Service

1. User Obligations

By using our site and services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, especially when submitting a contract form. You also agree not to use the site for any illegal or unauthorized activities. This includes violating intellectual property rights, interfering with the site's operation, or submitting any harmful or malicious code. Your purchase of services from the website is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the payment and delivery sections of this document.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on the RDG website, including text, graphics, logos, and service descriptions, is our exclusive property and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our content without our express written permission.

While the client retains ownership of the final deliverable (the "render" or "reel"), you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, and royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the work for promotional and marketing purposes, including on our website, portfolio, and social media.

3. Purchase and Payment Terms

We accept payments for all services through our website using standard online payment systems. All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change.

Once a project is initiated, a watermarked rough draft will be provided as the basis for your first consultation. A retainer fee is required to begin the work, as outlined in the FAQ. Additional consultations and revisions are available for a fee.

Upon completion and receipt of the final payment, we will deliver the high-resolution, final product with the watermark removed. Due to the custom nature of our services, all sales are final once the final product has been delivered. We do not offer refunds or cancellations after this point.

4. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

We provide our services "as is" and make no warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages, whether direct or indirect, that may result from your use of our website or services. Additionally, any information on our site or provided by us is for informational purposes only and should not be considered legal or professional advice.

5. Privacy Policy

We collect personal information, such as your name and email, only when you voluntarily provide it to us through our contact forms or by opting into our email list. This information is used solely for the purpose of communicating with you, processing your requests, and providing our services. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties.
