Our portfolio of event planning and coordination showcases projects where the conceptual design phase is critical in creating unforgettable experiences. We specialize in producing audio and visual presentations incorporating everything from large-scale events like a corporate presentation, a super bowl viewing party, or a new year’s eve celebration, to smaller, intimate experiences like a wedding, baby shower, or a birthday party.  Our clients are often tasked to utilize renderings and videos for design concepts months before the event begins. Starting with basic information from their customers, our clients utilize RDG to explore design concepts custom tailored for the venue, the type of event, the unique theme specified by the client, as well as audio and visual atmosphere desired. We strive to be an integral part of our clients workflow pipeline to produce conceptual designs months before the event, allowing the event producers to focus on the designed experience and not the technical aspects of presenting the vision to the client.
