This service provides a set of quick, ultra-photorealistic still images for a single subject (a house, a restaurant, a retail building, etc.). We combine the latest cutting-edge technology in image generation with decades of AEC expertise to create stunning, quality visuals worthy of your project. The $400 fee includes multiple variations of the same subject, such as daytime and nighttime scenes, or summer and winter scenes, at no additional cost. A new subject requires a new $400 charge.
The initial contact form covers the base input and starts the project. Once we receive the information, the project process starts. We create a primary set of watermarked rough drafts, which serves as the basis for your initial consultation. This consultation will address any requested revisions or additional features required to complete the project. The base price plus any additional fees will also be determined and paid at this point to continue on to the final draft phase of the project. This phase takes all the new important information collected during the consultation, combined with our artistic and engineering eye to create a set of final drafts, which will then be presented with a watermark. Once you are completely satisfied with the final drafts, the watermark will be removed, and the completed project will be provided. Should any further consultations or revisions be desired after this point, they can be provided for an additional fee.
